Indulge in one of Provence's finest gourmet flavors and help save the world's honeybees at the same time! Adopt a beehive at Les Pastras and you'll receive an annual shipment of our raw organic honey and truffle honey.

Delicious drizzled over a mild chèvre, cheesecake, or just plain Greek yogurt, truffle honey is a foodie favorite and makes a great gift! Plus, for every beehive adopted, Les Pastras donates to children's charities all over the world.

Les Pastras honey is rich with the flavor of Provençal wild flowers (lavender, rosemary, sage, acacia, etc...) that have never been treated with pesticides or herbicides. All natural! Our truffle honey is infused with the incomparable flavor of black winter truffles (tuber melanosporum) and each jar has an impressively sized slice of truffle inside
